Frequently Asked Questions

Product Material & Moissanite

No. We use 100% Lab-Created Moissanite (Silicon Carbide). It has a hardness of 9.25 (second only to diamonds), a refractive index of 2.65-2.69, and a dispersion of 0.104. Its fire is over 2.5 times that of natural South African diamonds! It is the perfect high-value alternative to natural diamonds..

The Moissanite stones themselves are colorless and never fade. However, please note that the metal setting (such as 925 Sterling Silver with gold/platinum plating) may oxidize with prolonged contact with sweat or cosmetics. We recommend wiping it after wearing and storing it in a sealed bag.

Yes. Every Moissanite piece comes with an internationally recognized GRA certificate and a unique serial number, verifiable on the official global website.

Craftsmanship & Wear Precautions

This is not a quality issue. The spring clasp needs to maintain constant elasticity, and silver is relatively soft. When opening and closing the clasp, slight wear (scratches on the inside) is inevitable, just like a car tire wears down on the road. This is normal and does not affect regular use or appearance.

No need to replace it.

  • If the clasp feels loose, simply use your fingers to gently squeeze and tighten it. After adjustment, it will not affect the look or wearability.

  • If the gourd clasp feels too tight, gently pinch it with both hands to loosen it slightly. If it is too tight, open and close it a few more times; the contact surfaces will naturally wear smooth.

No, it is not a defect. Tennis bracelets are assembled link by link. To ensure smooth flexibility, we intentionally leave a small gap of 0.3mm to 0.6mm between links. Slight variations between each stone are also normal. Please do not forcibly bend or twist the chain, as improper handling can enlarge the gaps or cause deformation, which is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sizing & Customization

We offer five stone width specifications: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6.5mm. This number represents the diameter/width of a single Moissanite stone.

  • 2mm – 3mm (Slim): Extremely dainty and delicate. Perfect for everyday wear alone, offering a subtle elegance that flatters any wrist or neck.

  • 4mm – 5mm (Classic): The most popular tennis chain width. It offers strong presence and brilliant fire, ideal for both commuting and evening events.

  • 6.5mm (Bold): A statement size with a strong visual impact. We highly recommend layering two or more different widths to achieve a stunning, high-fashion effect.

About the Length: We offer standard total lengths including 16cm, 17cm, 18cm, and 19cm (including the clasp). Custom lengths based on your measurements are also available.

Measurement Steps (Please follow this guide carefully):

  1. Prepare tools: You will need a soft, non-elastic string (or paper strip), a ruler, and a pen.

  2. Wrap: Wrap the string around the exact area you will wear it (for bracelets: the thinnest part of your wrist; for necklaces: base of your neck/collarbone). Adjust to a comfortable tightness (not too tight, not too loose).

  3. Mark: Mark the intersection of the string with your pen.

  4. Measure: Lay the string flat and measure from the end to the mark. This is your exact net circumference.

  5. Calculate Final Length (Important Formula):

    • For Bracelets: Add 1cm to your net circumference to get your final bracelet length. (The 1cm accounts for the space taken up by the clasp so it lays flat). If you prefer a looser fit, add 1.5cm.

    • For Necklaces: Add 2-3cm to your net circumference to ensure an elegant drape when worn.

We support a 14-day return/exchange policy, provided you measured accurately using the steps above. Return shipping fees for mismeasurement are the buyer’s responsibility.
